Private Residence, Surrey
This substantial private residence in Surrey has been constructed in Massangis French Limestone.
Stirling Stone Ltd undertook the complete design, supply and construction of all the limestone cladding and features on the external façade including the classically detailed heavy corbelling, decorative cornices and the two prominent front and rear porticos.
Our initial work package was extended to include the limestone flooring and staircases together with further extensive external works in various traditional materials.
The works were completed within the very tight programme and to the highest quality standards for which we are renowned.
This was achieved by utilising our experience in managing large volume and complex masonry packages, procurement and employment of local stone producers, including numerous independent carvers to supplement the specified French suppliers production capabilities.
