It is not often that an entire streetscape is created in one development. On this project in the Edinburgh New Town, we were retained to complete the design, procure and fix the traditionally styled façade to the residential south side, and the more contemporary style to the office development on the north side.
The stonework included rusticated and plain ashlar sandstone cladding with decorative string courses, entrance steps and plats.
The development has won several prestigious awards, including the 2006 Scottish Property Executive Residential Award for Excellence and the 2007 Saltire Society Award for Housing.
